3D scanning laser luminescent spectrometer Rubin is designed for fast measurements of static pressure in a sample which is located between sapphire and diamond anvils by using a laser optical luminescent spectroscopy method.

High accuracy of pressure measurements is provided by rigid design of the system and by employment of Echelle spectrograph.
